     From 12 January 1905, her married name became Fowler.1

     Admiral Cole Cortlandt Fowler was born on 7 August 1866.3 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Charles John Fowler and Gertrude Sara Taylor.1,2 He married Inez Gertrude Paget, daughter of Berkeley Paget and Gertrude Fanny Villiers, on 12 January 1905.1 He died on 24 May 1936 at age 69.1
     Served in World War I.3 Chev Legion d'honneur.3 He was Admiral.3 He was invested as a Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.).1 He was entd Royal Navy in 1880.3 On 12 January 1905 educClifton, m Inez Gertrude (d 5 April 1971), yst dau of Berkeley Paget, DL.3 Between 1917 and 1918 cmd'd HMS Collingwood.3 He was Aide-de-Camp to HM King George V in 1918.3 He was Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1922.3

     Maj.-Gen. Charles John Fowler was born, on 2 December 1826.3 He was the son of Reverend Luke Fowler.2 He married Gertrude Sara Taylor, daughter of Colonel Cortlandt Taylor, on 15 July 1862.3 He died on 3 December 1896 at age 70.3
     Maj.-Gen. Charles John Fowler gained the rank of Major-General in the service of the Royal Engineers.1
