Frances Fowler was the daughter of Robert Fowler.1 She married Rt. Rev. Richard Bourke, son of Most Rev. Joseph Deane Bourke, 3rd Earl of Mayo and Elizabeth Meade, on 20 March 1795.1 She died in 1827.1
