     Frederick Edward Molyneaux St. John was born on 28 November 1838.1 He was the son of Major George Frederick Berkeley St. John and Henrietta Louisa Maria Jephson.1 He married Katherine Ranoe, daughter of James Ranoe, on 20 January 1862.1 He died in January 1904 at age 65, without issue.1
     Frederick Edward Molyneaux St. John gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Marine Light Infantry.1
