     Lady Matilda Stewart was the daughter of Sir Robert Stewart, 1st Marquess of Londonderry.1 She married Michael Edward Ward, son of Colonel Hon. Robert Ward and Sophia Frances Whaley, on 14 September 1815.1 She died on 3 October 1842.1
     From 14 September 1815, her married name became Ward.1
