     Maria Prinzessin von Montenuovo was born in 1859 at Vienna, Austria. She was the daughter of Wilhelm Albrecht Fürst von Montenuovo and Countess Juliane Batthyany. She married Count Anton Apponyi in 1878 at Vienna, Austria. She died in 1911 at Vienna, Austria.
     Her married name became Apponyi.
