Blanche Henrietta Johnes Shelley was the daughter of Sir John Villiers Shelley, 7th Bt. and Louisa Elizabeth Anne Knight. She married Hervey Charles Pechell, son of Reverend Horace Robert Pechell and Lady Caroline Mary Kerr, on 12 November 1874. She died on 12 April 1898.
