     Eleanora James Kerr Ross Bell was born on 31 October 1818.² She was the daughter of George Bell and Isabella Ross.^1,2 She married Reverend David Carnegie Andrew Agnew, son of Sir Andrew Agnew of Lochnaw, 7th Bt. and Madeline Carnegie, on 18 April 1855.¹ She died on 22 March 1903 at age 84.¹
     From 18 April 1855, her married name became Agnew.¹

     George Bell was born circa 1777.² He was the son of Benjamin Bell of Blackethouse and Grizel Hamilton.² He married Isabella Ross, daughter of Colonel Andrew Ross and Isabella MacDonnell, on 7 July 1801.² He died on 8 August 1832.²
     He was a surgeon at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.² He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society of Edinburgh (F.R.S.E.)¹ He lived at Hunthill^G.²

     Andrew David Carnegie Agnew was born on 15 May 1856.¹ He was the son of Reverend David Carnegie Andrew Agnew and Eleanora James Kerr Ross Bell.¹ He married Minnie Dale Buchanan, daughter of David Dale Buchanan and Mary Amm, on 28 December 1882.¹ He died on 4 October 1927 at age 71.¹

     Minnie Dale Buchanan was the daughter of David Dale Buchanan and Mary Amm.^1,2 She married Andrew David Carnegie Agnew, son of Reverend David Carnegie Andrew Agnew and Eleanora James Kerr Ross Bell, on 28 December 1882.¹ She died on 30 October 1928.¹
     From 28 December 1882, her married name became Agnew.¹

     David Dale Buchanan was born circa 1820.² He was the son of James Buchanan and Isabella Anderson.³ He married Mary Amm. He died on 4 September 1874.²
     He held the office of Mayor of Pietermaritzburg in 1854.¹ He was founder of the Natal Witness.³ He lived at Natal, South Africa^G.⁴

     Pearl Eleanor Isabella Jane Agnew is the daughter of Andrew David Carnegie Agnew and Minnie Dale Buchanan.¹

     Ruby Geraldine Agnew is the daughter of Andrew David Carnegie Agnew and Minnie Dale Buchanan.¹

     Amethyst Muriel Dale Agnew was the daughter of Andrew David Carnegie Agnew and Minnie Dale Buchanan.¹ She married W. Hulley on 12 October 1944.¹ She died on 15 November 1966, without issue.¹
     From 12 October 1944, her married name became Hulley.¹

     W. Hulley married Amethyst Muriel Dale Agnew, daughter of Andrew David Carnegie Agnew and Minnie Dale Buchanan, on 12 October 1944.¹ He died in 1947.¹

     Ivy Diamond Dale Agnew was born in 1895.¹ She is the daughter of Andrew David Carnegie Agnew and Minnie Dale Buchanan.¹
