     George Theodore Gregorie was born on 1 August 1758 at Douglas, Isle of Man^G.¹ He was the son of David Gregorie and Anne Macaulay.¹ He married Susan Christian, daughter of John James Christian and Alicia Curphey, on 27 July 1789 at Oostende, Belgium^G.¹ He died in 1823 at Oostende, Belgium^G.¹
     He was awarded the Chevalier, Ordre national de la Légion d'honneur.¹ He held the office of Dutch Consul at Ostend, Belgium.¹

     Frances Emily Hall was born in 1829 at Dunglass, East Lothian, Scotland^G.² She was the daughter of Captain Basil Hall and Margaret Hunter.³ She married Alfred Christian, son of Samuel Christian and Georgette Susan Gregorie, on 5 May 1855.¹ She died on 3 April 1905.¹
     From 5 May 1855, her married name became Christian.

     Captain Basil Hall was born on 31 December 1788.² He is the son of Sir James Hall of Dunglass, 4th Bt. and Lady Helen Hamilton Douglas.³ He married Margaret Hunter, daughter of Sir John Hunter, on 1 March 1825.² He died on 11 September 1844 at age 55.²
     He was an author.² He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹

     Margaret Hunter is the daughter of Sir John Hunter.² She married Captain Basil Hall, son of Sir James Hall of Dunglass, 4th Bt. and Lady Helen Hamilton Douglas, on 1 March 1825.¹ She died on 8 February 1876.¹
     From 1 March 1825, her married name became Hall.

     Sir John Hunter married Elizabeth Barbara Arbuthnot, daughter of Robert Arbuthnot, 2nd of Haddo-Rattray and Mary Urquhart.²
     He was Consul-General to Spain.¹

     William Assheton was born on 16 March 1788.¹ He was the son of William Assheton and Lettice Brooke.^1,2 He married Hon. Frances Annabella Cokayne, daughter of Hon. William Cokayne and Barbara Hill, on 9 August 1816.¹ He died on 8 August 1858 at age 70.¹

     Basil Ewan Christian was born in 1856.¹ He was the son of Alfred Christian and Frances Emily Hall.¹ He died on 19 November 1914 at Richmond, Surrey, England^G, unmarried.¹

     Edward William Christian was born in 1857.¹ He was the son of Alfred Christian and Frances Emily Hall.¹ He died in 1886, unmarried.²

     Alfred James Christian was born in 1858.¹ He was the son of Alfred Christian and Frances Emily Hall.¹ He married Edith Carter, daughter of Rev. Canon unknown Carter, in 1893.² He died in 1909.¹
