     Reverend John Christian was born at Milntown, Lezayre, Isle of ManG.2 He was the son of William McCrystyn and unknown Samsbury.3 He died at The Flatt, Maughold, Isle of ManG.2
     He was the Vicar between 1580 and 1625 at Maughold, Isle of ManG.2 He was the first protestant Vicar of Maughold, succeeding the last Roman Catholic, Reverend Stevenson.2

     William Christian was born at Ronaldsway, Malew, Isle of ManG.2 He was the son of George Christian and Ellinor (?)1 He married Elizabeth Whitby, daughter of Jonathan Whitby.3 He died at Old Grange, County Waterford, IrelandG.2
     He lived at Oldgrange, County Waterford, Ireland.3 In 1720 he "sold Ronaldsway to Sir James Somerville of Dublin, and he bought Old Grange, Waterford from the executors of his uncle Patricius who had settled in Ireland and had died in 1687 as Prebendary of Lismore Cathedral."2
