     Charles Ernest Augustine Jeffery was born on 25 May 1881 at Sandy Point, St. George's, Newfoundland, Canada.2 He was the son of Reverend Charles Jeffery and Jane Elizabeth O'Donnell.1,2 He married Mary Honor Cooke-Yarborough, daughter of Reverend John James Cooke-Yarborough and Emily Foster, on 30 January 1928.1 He died on 18 July 1964 at age 83.1
     He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)3

     Mary Elizabeth Parker was the daughter of Henry Yarborough Parker.2 She married George Bryan Cooke-Yarborough, son of George Cooke-Yarborough and Mary Louisa Heathfield, on 14 February 1871.1 She died on 6 May 1931.1
     From 14 February 1871, her married name became Cooke-Yarborough.1

     George Eustace Cooke-Yarborough was born on 12 January 1876.1 He was the son of George Bryan Cooke-Yarborough and Mary Elizabeth Parker.2 He married Daphne Isabel Wrinch, daughter of Henry Cordy Wrinch, on 5 August 1914.1 He died on 12 May 1938 at age 62.1
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He was admitted to Inner Temple entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He was chairman of the West Riding Quarter Sessions at Doncaster, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1 He lived at Campsmount, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1

     Daphne Isabel Wrinch was the daughter of Henry Cordy Wrinch.2 She married, firstly, George Eustace Cooke-Yarborough, son of George Bryan Cooke-Yarborough and Mary Elizabeth Parker, on 5 August 1914.1 She married, secondly, Captain Tadeusz Adam Gabriel Mincer on 6 July 1950.1 She died in 1984.1
     From 5 August 1914, her married name became Cooke-Yarborough.1 From 6 July 1950, her married name became Mincer.1
