     Harold Denman was born on 26 January 1922.1 He was the son of Sir Richard Douglas Denman, 1st Bt. and Mary Radley Spencer.2 He married Lady Frances Esmé Curzon, daughter of Francis Richard Henry Penn Curzon, 5th Earl Howe and Joyce Mary Mclean Jack, on 26 March 1976.2 He died on 8 May 2013 at age 91.3
     He was educated at Repton School, Repton, Derbyshire, EnglandG.2 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He fought in the Second World War between 1941 and 1946, in Royal Artillery.1 He lived in 2003 at East Heath Barn, Stream Lane, Hawkhurst, Kent, EnglandG.1
