     Harriett Venn Dicken was the daughter of William Stephens Dicken.2 She married Sir Frederick Russell Hogg, son of Rt. Hon. Sir James Weir Hogg, 1st Bt. and Mary Claudine Swinton, on 12 August 1885.1 She died on 6 September 1930.1
     From 12 August 1885, her married name became Hogg.

     Lt.-Cdr. Esmond Popham Hogg was born on 10 May 1886.1 He was the son of Sir Frederick Russell Hogg and Harriett Venn Dicken.2 He married Mary Gertrude Irene Boyle, daughter of Hugh Boyle, on 8 June 1927.1 He died on 31 January 1962 at age 75, without issue.1
     He fought in the Second World War, where he became a POW.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.1

     Quintin Hogg was born on 14 February 1845.1 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Sir James Weir Hogg, 1st Bt. and Mary Claudine Swinton.2 He married Alice Anna Graham, daughter of William Graham, on 16 May 1871.1 He died on 17 January 1903 at age 57.1

     Lt.-Col. Ian Graham Hogg was born on 2 February 1875.1 He was the son of Quintin Hogg and Alice Anna Graham.2 He died on 2 September 1914 at age 39, from wounds received in action in France.1
     He fought in the Boer War.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1 He fought in the South Nigeria, Aro and Kano-Sokoto Expeditions.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 4th Hussars.1 He fought in the First World War.1
