     Christopher Robert Pemberton was born in 1765 at Cambridgeshire, England.2 He was the son of Reverend Jeremy Pemberton and Anne Barron.2,3 He married Eleanora Hamilton, daughter of John Hamilton and Eleanor Stewart.4 He died on 31 July 1822 at Fredville, Kent, England.2
     He lived at Newton, Cambridgeshire, England.4 He was awarded the honorary degree of Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.) by Caius College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1789. He graduated from Caius College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1794 with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)1 He wrote the book A Practical Treatise on Various Diseases of the Abdominal Viscera.2 He held the office of Physician Extraordinary to King George IV.2

     Mary Hamilton Pemberton is the daughter of Christopher Robert Pemberton and Eleanora Hamilton.2 She married Reverend Sir John Lighton, 4th Bt., son of Sir Thomas Lighton, 1st Bt. and Anne Pollock, on 23 January 1817.1
     From 23 January 1817, her married name became Lighton.

     Sir John Hamilton Lighton, 5th Bt. was born on 26 May 1818.1 He was the son of Reverend Sir John Lighton, 4th Bt. and Mary Hamilton Pemberton.2 He died on 29 April 1844 at age 25, unmarried.1
     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Lighton, of Merville, co. Dublin [I., 1791] on 5 April 1827.1

Reverend Sir Christopher Robert Lighton, 6th Bt.1

     Reverend Sir Christopher Robert Lighton, 6th Bt. was born on 28 May 1819.1 He was the son of Reverend Sir John Lighton, 4th Bt. and Mary Hamilton Pemberton.2 He married Mary Anne Elizabeth Ram, daughter of Reverend Digby Joseph Stopford Ram, on 2 June 1843.1 He died on 12 April 1875 at age 55.2
     He graduated from St. John's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Lighton, of Merville, co. Dublin [I., 1791] on 29 April 1844.1 He was Vicar at Ellastone, Staffordshire, England.1

Andrew Lighton1

     Andrew Lighton was born on 26 December 1822.1 He was the son of Reverend Sir John Lighton, 4th Bt. and Mary Hamilton Pemberton.2 He married Eliza Amelia Joyce, daughter of Henry Sumner Joyce, on 25 May 1860.1 He died on 13 November 1904 at age 81, without issue.1
     He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 4th Battalion, Gloucester Regiment.1
