     Andrew Hamilton Digby Lighton was born on 28 April 1850 at Ellastone, Staffordshire, England.1,2 He was the son of Reverend Sir Christopher Robert Lighton, 6th Bt. and Mary Anne Elizabeth Ram.3 He married Anna Elizabeth van Zuylen van Nijevelt, daughter of Julius Philip Jacob Adriaan Graaf van Zuylen van Nijevelt and Catherine Harriet Nixon, on 11 February 1897 at The Hague, The Netherlands.1,2 He died on 1 April 1931 at age 80 at Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, England.1,2
     He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Navy.1

     Julius Philip Jacob Adriaan Graaf van Zuylen van Nijevelt was born on 19 August 1819 at Dommeldange, Luxemburg.2 He was the son of General Pieter Hendrik Baron van Zuylen van Nijevelt and Suzanne Martha van Zuylen van Nijevelt.2 He married Catherine Harriet Nixon, daughter of Lt.-Col. Robert Nixon and Catherine Henrietta Ram, on 1 August 1850 at Hambledon, Hampshire, England.2 He died on 1 July 1894 at age 74 at The Hague, The Netherlands.2
     He was a diplomat between 1841 and 1883.2 He held the office of Minister of Foreign Affairs [The Netherlands] between 1860 and 1861.1,2 He held the office of Minister of Foreign Affairs [The Netherlands] between 1866 and 1868.2 He held the office of Chairman of the Cabinet Council [The Netherlands] in 1867.1

     Anna Elizabeth van Zuylen van Nijevelt was born on 24 April 1852 at Elsene, Belgium.2 She was the daughter of Julius Philip Jacob Adriaan Graaf van Zuylen van Nijevelt and Catherine Harriet Nixon.3,2 She married Andrew Hamilton Digby Lighton, son of Reverend Sir Christopher Robert Lighton, 6th Bt. and Mary Anne Elizabeth Ram, on 11 February 1897 at The Hague, The Netherlands.1,2 She died on 4 March 1929 at age 76 at Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, England.1,2
     From 11 February 1897, her married name became Lighton.

     John Hamilton Plumptre Lighton was born on 26 June 1855.1 He was the son of Reverend Sir Christopher Robert Lighton, 6th Bt. and Mary Anne Elizabeth Ram.2 He died on 6 July 1872 at age 17, killed when hit by a cricket ball.1

     Reverend Claud Hamilton Dallas Lighton was born on 19 October 1860.1 He was the son of Reverend Sir Christopher Robert Lighton, 6th Bt. and Mary Anne Elizabeth Ram.2 He married Georgina Caroline Miller, daughter of Reverend Patrick Leslie Miller, on 30 April 1895.1 He died on 23 April 1938 at age 77.1
     He graduated from Clare College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was Rector between 1910 and 1923 at Credenhill, Herefordshire, England.1

     Georgina Caroline Miller is the daughter of Reverend Patrick Leslie Miller.2 She married, firstly, H. H. Taylor before 1895.1 She married, secondly, Reverend Claud Hamilton Dallas Lighton, son of Reverend Sir Christopher Robert Lighton, 6th Bt. and Mary Anne Elizabeth Ram, on 30 April 1895.1
     From before 1895, her married name became Taylor.1 From 30 April 1895, her married name became Lighton.
