     John Lenox Clavering Napier was born on 9 December 1898.1 He was the son of Captain Arthur Lenox Napier and Marianne Valentine.2 He married Grace Edythe Muriel Young, daughter of Colonel Charles Augustus Young, on 15 April 1925.1 He died on 27 May 1966 at age 67.1
     He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, London, England.1 He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Brigadier in 1933 in the Royal Tank Regiment.1 He fought in the North-West Frontier in 1933.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.1 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1944.1 He was awarded the U.S. Legion of Merit.1

     Reverend Charles John Lenox Napier was born on 24 April 1929.1 He was the son of John Lenox Clavering Napier and Grace Edythe Muriel Young.2 He married Jane Noel Davidson, daughter of Reverend Gerard Noel Davidson, on 3 October 1964.1 He died on 8 January 1998 at age 68.1
     He was educated at Radley College, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, England.1 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Royal Tank Regiment.1 He graduated from University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1952 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1957 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was a lecturer in 1966 at London College of Divinity, London, England.1
