     Ann Graham was the daughter of James Graham.2 She married John Nicholson, son of James Nicholson and Ann Bowman, in 1771.1 She died in 1835.1
     From 1771, her married name became Nicholson.

John Nicholson1

     John Nicholson was born on 20 February 1778.1 He was the son of John Nicholson and Ann Graham.2 He married Ellen Payne, daughter of Richard Payne, in 1811.1 He died on 24 November 1846 at age 68.1
     He lived at Upper Clapton, London, England.1 He also had three elder sons and four daughters.1

     Rt. Hon. William Graham Nicholson was born on 11 March 1862.1 He was the son of William Nicholson and Isabella Sarah Meek.2 He married Alice Margaret Beach, daughter of Rt. Hon. William Wither Bramston Beach and Caroline Chichester Cleveland, on 19 July 1890.1 He died on 29 July 1942 at age 80.1
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Conservative) for East Hampshire between 1897 and 1935.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hampshire.1 He was Lieutenant-Colonel and Hon. Colonel of the 3rd Battalion, Hampshire Regiment.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Hampshire.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1925.1 He lived at Basing Park, Hampshire, England.2

     Rt. Hon. William Wither Bramston Beach was born on 25 December 1826.2 He was the son of William Beach and Jane Henrietta Browne.2 He married Caroline Chichester Cleveland, daughter of Colonel Augustus Cleveland, on 8 October 1857.2 He died on 3 August 1901 at age 74.2

     From 19 July 1890, her married name became Nicholson.
