     Caroline Pryor was the daughter of Thomas Pryor.1 She married David Powell, son of David Powell and Mary Townsend, on 17 November 1837.1 She died on 14 October 1865.1
     From 17 November 1837, her married name became Powell.1

     David Powell was born on 16 April 1840.1 He was the son of David Powell and Caroline Pryor.1 He married Lucy Elizabeth Pryor, daughter of Arthur D. Pryor and Elizabeth Sophia Dew, in July 1867.1 He died in September 1897 at age 57.1
     He held the office of Governor of the Bank of England.1

     Rt. Hon. Robert David Perceval-Maxwell was born on 29 March 1870 at Moore Hill, Lismore, County Waterford, Ireland.1,2 He was the son of John William Perceval-Maxwell and Selina Imogene Frances Ker.2 He married Edith Grace Head in 1895.1 He died on 24 May 1932 at age 62.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was seriously wounded.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He held the office of Senator [Northern Ireland] between 1921 and 1925.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Ireland] in July 1921.1

     Samuel Hoare was born on 29 May 1751.2 He was the son of Samuel Hoare and Grizell Gurnell.3 He married, firstly, Sarah Gurney, daughter of Samuel Gurney and Sarah Lawrence, on 15 May 1776.3 He married, secondly, Hannah Sterry, daughter of Henry Sterry, on 17 June 1788.3 He died on 13 July 1825 at age 74.2
     He was a partner of Barnett, Hill, Baernett and Hoare, bankers at London, EnglandG.3 He lived at Hampstead, London, EnglandG.1
