     Thomas William Filgate lived at Arthurstown, County Louth, Ireland.¹

     Denis Howe Browne was born on 6 October 1826.¹ He was the son of Very Rev. Denis Browne and Anne Alicia Filgate.¹ He married Louisa Filgate, daughter of Reverend William Filgate, on 28 July 1884.¹ He died on 13 March 1912 at age 85.¹

     Elsa d'Avigdor was born in 1880.¹ She was the daughter of Elim Henry d'Avigdor and Henrietta Matilda Jacobs.¹ She married Henry Frederick Goldschmidt.¹ She died in 1948.¹
     Her married name became Goldschmidt.¹

     Henry Frederick Goldschmidt married Elsa d'Avigdor, daughter of Elim Henry d'Avigdor and Henrietta Matilda Jacobs.¹

     Ernest Charles Denis Browne was born in 1885.¹ He was the son of Denis Howe Browne and Louisa Filgate.¹ He died in 1904.¹

     William Charles Denis Browne was born on 3 November 1888.¹ He was the son of William Denis Browne and Louisa Hackett.¹ He died on 4 June 1915 at age 26, killed in action in the Dardenelles.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Sub-Lieutenant in the Hood Battalion, Royal Naval Division.¹
