     She gained the title of Prinzessin von Sachsen-Meiningen.1

     He gained the title of Prinz von Sachsen-Meiningen.1

     Katharina Jensen was born on 25 January 1874 at Kiel, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.2 She was the daughter of Dr. Wilhelm Jensen and Marie-Elisabeth Brühl.2 She married Ernst Bernhard Viktor Prinz von Sachsen-Meiningen, son of Georg II Herzog von Sachsen-Meiningen und Hildburghausen and Feodore Viktorie Adelheid Prinzessin zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg, on 20 September 1892 in a morganatic marriage.2 She died on 19 April 1945 at age 71 at Neu-Eglin.2
     As a result of her marriage, Katharina Jensen was styled as Baronin von Saalfeld on 20 September 1892.2
