He died on 27 December 1894 at age 58 at Schloss Arco, Tirol, Austria.
     Francesco II di Borbone, Re delle Due Sicilie also went by the nick-name of 'Bombino'. He gained the title of Re Francesco II delle Due Sicilie in 1859.2 He was deposed as King of the Two Sicilies in 1861.2
