     Johann I Graf von Nassau-Dillenburg was born on 22 November 1536.1,2 He was the son of Wilhelm Graf von Nassau-Dillenburg and Juliane zu Stolberg-Wernigerode.1 He married, firstly, Elisabeth von Leuchtenberg, daughter of Georg Landgraf von Leuchtenberg, in 1559.1 He married, secondly, Joan zu Sayn-Wittgenstein, daughter of Ludwig I Graf zu Sayn-Wittgenstein and Anne zu Solms-Braunfels, in 1586.1 He died on 8 October 1606 at age 69.1,2
     He gained the title of Graf von Nassau-Dillenburg.1

     Elisabeth von Leuchtenberg was the daughter of Georg Landgraf von Leuchtenberg.1 She married Johann I Graf von Nassau-Dillenburg, son of Wilhelm Graf von Nassau-Dillenburg and Juliane zu Stolberg-Wernigerode, in 1559.1 She died in 1579.1

     Georg Landgraf von Leuchtenberg was born on 13 December 1502.1 He was the son of Johann IV Landgraf von Leuchtenberg and Margareta von Schwarzburg-Arnstadt.1 He married Barbara von Brandenburg-Ansbach, daughter of Friedrich V Markgraf von Brandenburg-Ansbach and Zofia Jagiellon, Królewna Polska, on 29 September 1510 at Schloss Plassenburg, Kulmbach, Germany.1 He died on 21 May 1555 at age 52.1
     He was also known as Georg de Beauharnais.

     Johann Ernst Prinz von Nassau-Weilburg was born on 13 June 1664.1,2 He was the son of Friedrich Graf von Nassau-Weilburg and Christine Elizabeth Gräfin von Sayn-Wittgenstein-Homburg.1,3 He married Marie Polyxena Gräfin von Leiningen-Hartenburg, daughter of Friedrich Emich Graf von Leiningen-Hartenburg and Sibylle Gräfin von Waldeck-Wildungen, in 1683.1 He died on 27 January 1719 at age 54.1,2
     He gained the title of Prinz von Nassau-Weilburg in 1688.1

     Wilhelm Graf von Nassau-Dillenburg was born on 10 April 1487 at Dillenburg, GermanyG.2 He was the son of Johann V Graf von Nassau-Vianden-Dietz and Elisabeth von Hessen.1 He married, firstly, Walburge van Egmond, daughter of Johan III 'de Manke' Graaf van Egmond Herr van Baer and Magdalena Werdenberg-Heiligenberg, on 29 October 1506 at Koblenz, Germany.1,3 He married, secondly, Juliane zu Stolberg-Wernigerode, daughter of Bodo III Graf zu Stolberg-Wernigerode, on 20 September 1531.1 He died on 6 October 1559 at age 72 at Dillenburg, Germany.3

     Johan III 'de Manke' Graaf van Egmond Herr van Baer was born on 3 April 1438 at Castle Hattem, Hattem, The Netherlands.1 He was the son of Willem IV Heer van Egmond Heer van Ijsselstein Schoonderwoerd en Haastrecht and Walburge von Moers-Saarwerden Vrouwe van Baer en Lathum.1 He married Magdalena Werdenberg-Heiligenberg in May 1484 at The Hague, The Netherlands.1 He died on 21 August 1516 at age 78 at Castle Egmond, Egmond, The Netherlands.1
     He was created Graaf van Egmond in 1486.1
