     Johann II Graf von Nassau-Saarbrücken was born on 4 April 1423.3 He was the son of Philip I Graf von Nassau-Weilburg and Elisabeth de Lorraine-Vaudémont.1,3 He married, firstly, Johanna von Loen zu Heinsberg.3 He married, secondly, Elisabeth von Württemberg-Urach, daughter of Ludwig I Graf von Württemberg-Urach, after 1469.3 He died on 15 July 1472 at age 49.3

     Philip III Graf von Nassau-Saarbrücken was born on 14 October 1542 at Weilburg, Germany.2 He was the son of Philip III Graf von Nassau-Weilburg and Amalie von Isenburg-Büdingen.1,2 He married Erika von Manderscheid-Blankenheim on 9 April 1563.2 He married Elisabeth von Nassau-Dillenburg, daughter of Johann I Graf von Nassau-Dillenburg and Elisabeth von Leuchtenberg, on 3 October 1583.2 He died on 12 March 1602 at age 59 at Saarbrücken, Germany.1,2
     He was also known as Philip IV Graf von Nassau-Weilburg.2 He gained the title of Graf von Nassau-Weilburg in 1559.2 He gained the title of Graf von Nassau-Saarbrücken in 1574.1
