Harriott Mary Anne Bloomfield, on 12 March 1863 at St. Margaret's Church, Westminster, London, England.3 He married, secondly, Rose Octavia Somerset, daughter of Reverend George Henry Somerset and Philida Elizabeth Call, on 28 January 1886.1 He died on 12 October 1917 at age 83.1
     He was educated at Brighton College, Brighton, Sussex, England.2 He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).2 He lived at Eastrop Grange, Highworth, Wiltshire, England.2

     Hon. Frances Boscawen was the daughter of Rev. Hon. John Evelyn Boscawen and Catherine Elizabeth Annesley.1 She married Arthur Edward Somerset, son of Lord Arthur John Henry Somerset and Hon. Elizabeth Boscawen, on 12 February 1850.1 She died on 23 October 1882.1
      From 12 February 1850, her married name became Somerset.1 She was granted the rank of a viscount's daughter.2
