     Serena Denise Ellert was born on 31 October 1954.1 She is the daughter of Geoffrey Arnold Ellert and Lavinia Mary Agnew.1 She married Roderick Baird in 1979.1
     On 1970 her name was legally changed to Rashleigh by deed poll.1 From 1979, her married name became Baird.1
