     Brigadier Brian Kingzett was born before 1923. He is the son of Norman Froggatt Kingzett and Cicely Agnew.1 He married Elizabeth Moran Agnew, daughter of Victor Charles Walter Agnew and Phyllis May Claude Baggally, on 27 October 1938.1
     He was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.).1 He was decorated with the award of the Military Cross (M.C.).1 He gained the rank of Brigadier in the service of the Royal Artillery.1

     Richard Leslie Agnew was born on 4 March 1900.1 He was the son of Walter Agnew and Mabel Wilkin.1 He married, firstly, Leila May Courage, daughter of Brig.-Gen. Anthony Courage and Mabel Ada Hewett, on 20 July 1927.1 He and Leila May Courage were divorced in 1946.1 He married, secondly, Hilda Dorothy Spinks, daughter of Thomas Henry Spinks, in 1953.1 He died on 9 January 1987 at age 86 at Buckinghamshire, England.1,2
     He was educated at Rugby School, Rugby, Warwickshire, England.1 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in 1918 in the service of the 15th Hussars.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Captain in 1937 in the service of the Northamptonshire Yeomanry.1 He gained the rank of Major in 1940 in the service of the 15th/19th Hussars.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in 1941 in the service of the East Riding Yeomanry.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in 1943 in the service of the 146th Regiment, (Royal Armoured Corps), Duke of Wellington's Regiment.1 He fought in the Arakan Campaign between 1943 and 1945, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Northamptonshire in 1957.1
