     Eleanora James Kerr Ross Bell was born on 31 October 1818.2 She was the daughter of George Bell and Isabella Ross.1,2 She married Reverend David Carnegie Andrew Agnew, son of Sir Andrew Agnew of Lochnaw, 7th Bt. and Madeline Carnegie, on 18 April 1855.1 She died on 22 March 1903 at age 84.1
     From 18 April 1855, her married name became Agnew.1

     George Bell was born circa 1777.2 He is the son of Benjamin Bell of Blackethouse and Grizel Hamilton.2 He married Isabella Ross, daughter of Colonel Andrew Ross, on 7 July 1801.2 He died on 8 August 1832.2
     George Bell was a surgeon at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.2 He was invested as a Fellow, Royal Society of Edinburgh (F.R.S.E.).1 He lived at Hunthill.2

     Andrew David Carnegie Agnew was born on 15 May 1856.1 He was the son of Reverend David Carnegie Andrew Agnew and Eleanora James Kerr Ross Bell.1 He married Minnie Dale Buchanan, daughter of David Dale Buchanan and Mary Amm, on 28 December 1882.1 He died on 4 October 1927 at age 71.1

     From 28 December 1882, her married name became Agnew.1
