     Captain David Martin Agnew was born on 28 October 1959.1 He was the son of Patrick William Agnew and Anne Meryl Turner.1 He died in 1984 at Oman, killed in a helicopter crash.1
     Captain David Martin Agnew gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Highland Fusiliers.1

     Lt.-Col. Denis Wellesley Maxwell gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the 4th Gurkha Rifles, Indian Army.1
