     Sir Laurence Anderton, 5th Bt. was born circa 1680.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Anderton, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Ireland.1 He died on 4 October 1724 at London, England, unmarried.1
     Sir Laurence Anderton, 5th Bt. was educated at Jesuit College, St. Omer, Flanders, Belgium.1 He succeeded to the title of 5th Baronet Anderton, of Lostock, co. Lancaster [E., 1677] on 5 October 1710.1 He was a monk at Lanspey, Germany.1 He was a monk with the English Benedictine at Dieulwart, near Verdun, France.1 His last will was dated between 27 October 1723 and 18 January 1724.1 On 21 May 1724 he renounced his Catholic religion to save his English estates.1

     Sir Henry Bedingfeld, 2nd Bt. was born in 1636.3 He was the son of Sir Henry Bedingfeld, 1st Bt. and Margaret Paston.2 He married, firstly, Anne Howard, daughter of Charles Howard, 2nd Earl of Berkshire and Dorothy Savage, before 1682.3 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Arundell, daughter of Sir John Arundell and Elizabeth Roper, circa 1685.1 He died on 14 September 1704.2 He was buried at Oxburgh, Norfolk, England.3 His will was probated in May 1705.3
     In 1660 he accompanied HRH Duke of Gloucester to England.3 He was invested as a Knight.3 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Bedingfeld, of Oxbrough, co. Norfolk [E., 1661] on 24 February 1684/85.1,2

     Elizabeth Arundell was born circa 1655.2 She was the daughter of Sir John Arundell and Elizabeth Roper.1,2 She married Sir Henry Bedingfeld, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Henry Bedingfeld, 1st Bt. and Margaret Paston, circa 1685.1 She died on 13 April 1690.2 She was buried at Oxburgh, Norfolk, England.2
     From circa 1685, her married name became Bedingfeld.1
