William Aylesbury was baptised on 13 July 1612 at St. Margaret's, Lothbury, London, England.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Aylesbury, 1st Bt. and Anne Denman.1 He died in 1657 at Jamaica, without issue.1

Richard Aylmer was born in 1509.3 He was the son of Richard Aylmer and Genet Tew.2 He married Elinor Fleming, daughter of Sir George Fleming, circa 1531.2 He died in 1559.2
In 1558 he bought from 10th Earl of Ormonde the territorial barony of Oughterany, County Kildare, including Donadea.3 He lived at Lyons, County Kildare, Ireland.2
