Sir William Ayloffe, 3rd Bt. was baptised on 3 December 1618 at Hornchurch, Essex, England.1 He was the son of Sir Benjamin Ayloffe, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Fanshawe.1 He married Anne Orby, daughter of Peter Orby and Elizabeth Horseman.1 He died in 1675, without surviving issue.1 He was buried at Braxted, Essex, England.1
Sir William Ayloffe, 3rd Bt. gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Regiment.1 He fought in the siege of Colchester.1 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Ayloffe, of Braxted Magna, co. Essex [E., 1611] in 1662, then "of Great Braxted, co. Essex."1

Sir Benjamin Ayloffe, 4th Bt. was born circa 1631.1 He was the son of Sir Benjamin Ayloffe, 2nd Bt. and Margaret Fanshawe.1 He married Martha Tyrrell, daughter of Sir John Tyrrell and Martha Washington, on 21 September 1669 at North Ockenden, Essex, England.1 He died on 5 March 1722, without male issue.1
