Sir John Ayloffe, 5th Bt. was born before 1673. He was the son of Henry Ayloffe and Dorothy Bulkeley.1 He died on 10 December 1730, unmarried.1 He was buried at Braxted, Essex, England.1 His will (dated 13 September 1728) was probated on 26 January 1730/31.1
Sir John Ayloffe, 5th Bt. graduated from Peterhouse College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1691 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He graduated from Peterhouse College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1695 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was the Rector between 1707 and 1730 at Stanford Rivers, Essex, England.1 He succeeded to the title of 5th Baronet Ayloffe, of Braxted Magna, co. Essex [E., 1611] on 5 March 1722, then "of Stanford Rivers, co. Essex."1
