     George Augustus Frederick Baillie was born on 31 July 1833.1 He was the son of Sir William Baillie of Polkemmet, 1st Bt. and Mary Lyon Dennistoun.1 He married Mary Gertrude Sadler, daughter of Benjamin Peyton Sadler, on 16 February 1871.1 He died on 7 April 1882 at age 48.1
     George Augustus Frederick Baillie gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Haddington Artillery Militia.1

     Mary Gertrude Sadler was the daughter of Benjamin Peyton Sadler.1 She married George Augustus Frederick Baillie, son of Sir William Baillie of Polkemmet, 1st Bt. and Mary Lyon Dennistoun, on 16 February 1871.1 She died on 6 November 1922.1
     From 16 February 1871, her married name became Baillie.1

     Captain William Lyon Dennistoun Baillie was born on 11 August 1872.1 He was the son of George Augustus Frederick Baillie and Mary Gertrude Sadler.1 He died on 25 October 1900 at age 28 at Frederickstad, South Africa, killed in action.1
     Captain William Lyon Dennistoun Baillie gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Scots Fusiliers.1 He fought in the Boer War.
