     George Bertram Macpherson-Grant was born on 26 January 1868.1 He was the son of Sir George Macpherson-Grant, 3rd Bt. and Frances Elizabeth Pocklington.1 He married Dorothy Eleanor Kellie-MacCallum, daughter of James Dalgleish Kellie-MacCallum, on 28 November 1904.1 He died on 31 October 1932 at age 64.1

     Sir John Macpherson-Grant of Ballindalloch, 2nd Bt. was born on 3 August 1804.1 He was the son of Sir George Macpherson-Grant of Invereshie, 1st Bt. and Mary Carnegy.1 He married Marion Helen Campbell, daughter of Mungo Nutter Campbell, on 7 September 1836.1 He died on 2 December 1850 at age 46.1
     Sir John Macpherson-Grant of Ballindalloch, 2nd Bt. held the office of Secretary of Legation to Lisbon.1 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Macpherson-Grant, of Ballindalloch, co. Banff [U.K., 1838] in November 1846.1

     Sir George Macpherson-Grant of Invereshie, 1st Bt. was born on 25 February 1781.1 He was the son of Captain John Macpherson and Isabella Wilson.1 He married Mary Carnegy, daughter of Thomas Carnegy, on 26 August 1803.1 He died in November 1846 at age 65.1
     Sir George Macpherson-Grant of Invereshie, 1st Bt. was baptised with the name of George Macpherson.1 On 13 April 1806 his name was legally changed to George Macpherson-Grant on inheriting the Ballindalloch estate from his father's maternal uncle, General James Grant.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Sutherland between 1830 and 1837.1 He was created 1st Baronet Macpherson-Grant, of Ballindalloch, co. Banff [U.K.] on 25 July 1838.1
