     Grace Grant was the daughter of Colonel William Grant and Anne Grant.1 She married George Macpherson of Invereshie, son of John Macpherson of Invereshie and Isabella Cuthbert, in 1731.1 She died in 1749.1
     From 1731, her married name became Macpherson.1

     Ludovic Grant, 8th of Freuchie and 1st of Grant was born in 1641.2 He was the son of James Grant, 7th of Freuchie and Lady Mary Stewart.2 He married, secondly, Jean Houston.2 He married, firstly, Janet Brodie, daughter of Alexander Brodie, 2nd of Lethen and Elizabeth Craig, on 16 December 1671.2,3 He died in 1714.2
