     Mary Ford was the daughter of Robert Ford and Frances Glemham.1 She married, firstly, Sir William Bamburgh, 1st Bt., son of Thomas Bamburgh and Catharine Thimelby, before 1606.1 She married, secondly, Thomas Fairfax, 1st Viscount Fairfax of Emley on 1 January 1626/27.1 She died in March 1638/39.1
     From before 1606, her married name became Bamburgh.1 From 1 January 1626/27, her married name became Fairfax.1

     Sir Thomas Bamburgh, 2nd Bt. was born circa 12 February 1607.1 He was the son of Sir William Bamburgh, 1st Bt. and Mary Ford.1 He died on 3 June 1624, without issue.1
     Sir Thomas Bamburgh, 2nd Bt. succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Bamburgh, of Howson, co. Kent [E., 1619] on 18 July 1623.1
