     Colville Edwin Ward Barclay was born on 6 July 1956.1 He is the son of Sir Colville Herbert Sanford Barclay of Pierston, 14th Bt. and Rosamund Grant Renton Elliott.1 He married Fiona M. Bell, daughter of Robin Bell, in 1992.1

     Sir Robert Cecil de Belzim Barclay of Pierston, 13th Bt. was born on 18 June 1862.1 He was the son of Sir Colville Arthur Durell Barclay of Pierston, 11th Bt. and Louise Melanie de Belzim.1 He married Theresa Marie Camilla Pouget, daughter of E. Pouget, on 11 October 1926.1 He died on 18 March 1930 at age 67, without issue.1
     Sir Robert Cecil de Belzim Barclay of Pierston, 13th Bt. succeeded to the title of 13th Baronet Barclay, of Pierston, co. Ayr [N.S., 1668] on 2 October 1918.1
