     Agnes Glas was the daughter of Reverend Alexander Glas.1 She married Reverend William Lyon, 3rd of Wester Ogil, son of George Lyon, 2nd of Wester Ogil and Jean Nisbet, on 16 December 1719.1
     Her married name became Lyon.

     William Lyon was born on 2 June 1722.1 He was the son of Reverend William Lyon, 3rd of Wester Ogil and Agnes Glas.1 He died in 1803, unmarried.1
     He was Writer to the Signet in 1758 at Dundee, Angus, Scotland.1

     William Lyon, 5th of Wester Ogil was born on 22 May 1748.1 He was the son of Reverend George Lyon, 4th of Wester Ogil and Margaret Rodger.1 He died on 12 August 1795 at age 47, without issue.1

Hugh Lyon, 6th of Wester Ogil1

     Hugh Lyon, 6th of Wester Ogil was born on 29 January 1748.1 He was the son of Reverend George Lyon, 4th of Wester Ogil and Margaret Rodger.1 He married Janet Jobson, daughter of Charles Jobson, in 1787.1 He died on 12 October 1797 at age 49.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Bengal Artillery.1

     Janet Jobson was the daughter of Charles Jobson.1 She married Hugh Lyon, 6th of Wester Ogil, son of Reverend George Lyon, 4th of Wester Ogil and Margaret Rodger, in 1787.1

Reverend James Lyon1

     Reverend James Lyon was born on 29 March 1759.2 He was the son of Reverend George Lyon, 4th of Wester Ogil and Margaret Rodger.1,2 He married Agnes l'Amy, daughter of John Ramsay l'Amy, on 25 January 1786.2 He died on 3 April 1830 at age 71.2
     He was the Minister in 1780 at Glamis, Angus, ScotlandG.1 He graduated from Aberdeen University, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, in 1823 with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)1

Margaret Lyon1

     Jean Lyon was the daughter of Reverend William Lyon, 3rd of Wester Ogil and Jean Melville.1 She married Alexander Moncreiffe of Culfargie on 19 September 1728.1 She died in 1791.1
     Her married name became Moncreiffe.

     Alexander Moncreiffe of Culfargie married, secondly, Jean Lyon, daughter of Reverend William Lyon, 3rd of Wester Ogil and Jean Melville, on 19 September 1728.1 He died on 7 October 1761.1
     He was Minister at Abernethy, Perthshire, Scotland.1 He was Professor of Divinity, Associated Presbytery in 1742.1
