     Agnes Hamilton Lyon was born on 13 March 1787. She was the daughter of Reverend James Lyon and Agnes l'Amy. She died on 30 July 1816 at age 29.

     Reverend James Playfair was born in 1738.2 He was the son of George Playfair and Jean Roger.1 He married Margaret Lyon, daughter of Reverend George Lyon and Margaret Rodger, on 30 September 1773.1 He died in May 1819.1
     Reverend James Playfair was the Principal at St. Andrews University, St. Andrews, Fife, Scotland.1 He was Historiographer Royal for Scotland.1 He graduated from St. Andrews University, St. Andrews, Fife, Scotland, in 1779 with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.).1 He was the Minister in 1800 at Church of St. Leonards, Fife, Scotland.1

     George Lyon was born on 13 January 1770. He was the son of Robert Lyon and Mary Miller. He married Anne Thomas, daughter of James Llewellyn Lewes Thomas and Letitia Miller, on 7 August 1797.2 He died on 15 July 1850 at age 80.
     George Lyon lived at Forfar, Angus, Scotland.1

     Anne Thomas was born on 7 November 1771. She was the daughter of James Llewellyn Lewes Thomas and Letitia Miller.1 She married George Lyon, son of Robert Lyon and Mary Miller, on 7 August 1797.2 She died on 11 March 1836 at age 64.
