     Sir John Beale, 1st and last Bt. was born circa 1621.1 He was the son of John Beale and Anne Ducket.1 He married, firstly, Anne Colepeper, daughter of Sir William Colepeper, 1st Bt. and Helen Spencer, in 1655.1 He and Jane Duke obtained a marriage license on 9 May 1662.1 He died on 3 October 1684, without male issue.1
     Sir John Beale, 1st and last Bt. was created 1st Baronet Beale, of Maidstone, co. Kent [England] on 19 October 1660.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Kent from 1664 to 1665.1
     On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1
