Sir Thomas Beecham, 2nd Bt. was born on 29 April 1879.1 He was the son of Sir Joseph Beecham, 1st Bt. and Josephine Burnett.1 He married, firstly, Utica Welles, daughter of Dr. Charles J. Stuart Welles and Ella Celeste Miles, on 27 July 1903.1 He and Utica Welles were divorced in 1943 at U.S.A.1 He married, secondly, Betty Humby, daughter of Daniel Morgan Humby, in February 1943.1 He married, thirdly, Shirley Jean Hudson, daughter of Albert George Hudson, on 10 August 1959.1 He died on 8 March 1961 at age 81.1
