     John Stratford Roland Beecham was born on 21 April 1940.1 He was the son of Sir Adrian Welles Beecham, 3rd Bt. and Barbara Joyce Cairn.2 He died on 5 January 2011 at age 70.3
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.1 He was educated at Queen's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Beecham, of Ewanville, Huyston, co. Lancaster [U.K., 1914] in 1982, although he does not use this title.1 He lived at Shalom, Station Road, Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire, England.1

     He was founder of a pill making business at St. Helens, Lancashire, England.1 He lived at Southport, Lancashire, England.1

     Sir James Stopford Lauder Brunton, 2nd Bt. was born on 11 October 1884.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Lauder Brunton, 1st Bt. and Louisa Jane Stopford.1 He married Elizabeth Bonsall Porter, daughter of Dr. John Bonsall Porter, on 30 April 1915.1 He died on 25 July 1943 at age 58.1
      Sir James Stopford Lauder Brunton, 2nd Bt. usually went by his middle name of Stopford.1 He was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.1 He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, England.1 He graduated from McGill University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, in 1910 with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.).1 He graduated from Columbia University, New York City, New York, U.S.A., in 1912 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was with the Canadian Geological Survey between 1912 and 1913.1 He graduated from McGill University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, in 1913 with a Master of Science (M.Sc.).1 He fought in the First World War, in France.1 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baronet Brunton, of Stratford Place, St. Marylebone [U.K., 1908] on 16 September 1916.1 He was a mining geologist.1
