     Richard Bagge was born on 17 June 1810.1 He was the son of Thomas Philip Bagge and Grace Salisbury.2 He married Pleasance Hulton, daughter of Reverend Edward Hulton and Pleasance Bagge, on 1 October 1835.1 He died on 5 April 1891 at age 80.1
     Richard Bagge held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).1 He lived at Gaywood Hall, Norfolk, England.1
     He had two older sons.1
