     Thomas Hall Rokeby Plumer, 2nd Viscount Plumer was born on 17 May 1890.3 He was the son of Field Marshal Sir Herbert Charles Onslow Plumer, 1st Viscount Plumer and Annie Constance Goss.2 He married Anne Monica Georgiana Tempest-Hicks, daughter of Brig.-Gen. Henry Tempest-Hicks, on 26 July 1919.3 He died on 24 February 1944 at age 53.3
     Thomas Hall Rokeby Plumer, 2nd Viscount Plumer was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.3 He fought in the First World War.3 He gained the rank of Captain in 1916 in the service of the Canadian Army Service Corps.3 He was decorated with the Military Cross (M.C.).3 He was decorated with the Croix de Guerre.3 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Baron Plumer, of Messines and of Bilton, co. York [U.K., 1919] on 16 July 1932.3 He succeeded to the title of 2nd Viscount Plumer, of Messines and of Bilton, co. York [U.K., 1929] on 16 July 1932.3 On his death, his titles became extinct.3
