     Sir Thomas Berney, 5th Bt. was the son of Sir Richard Berney, 3rd Bt. and Dorothy Branthwayte.1 He married Elizabeth Folkes, daughter of Simon Folkes and Elizabeth Hanson.1 He died in 1742.1
     Sir Thomas Berney, 5th Bt. succeeded to the title of 5th Baronet Berney, of Parkehall in Redham, co. Norfolk [E., 1620] in 1710.1 He acquired the estate of Hansons in Barbadoes through his wife.1 He lived at Kirby Bedon, Norfolk, England.1

     Sir Hanson Berney, 6th Bt. was the son of Sir Thomas Berney, 5th Bt. and Elizabeth Folkes.1 He married Catharine Woodhall, daughter of William Woodhall, on 8 April 1756 at Somerset House Chapel, The Strand, London, England.1 He died in 1778 at Kensington, London, England.1 He died intestate and his estate was administered on 16 April 1778.1
     Sir Hanson Berney, 6th Bt. succeeded to the title of 6th Baronet Berney, of Parkehall in Redham, co. Norfolk [E., 1620] in 1742.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Norfolk from 1762 to 1763.1 He lived at Kirby Bedon, Norfolk, England.1

     Sir Hanson Berney, 8th Bt. was born on 3 December 1780 at Kirby Bedon, Norfolk, England.1 He was the son of Sir John Berney, 7th Bt. and Lady Henrietta Nevill.1 He married, firstly, Anne Tahourdin, daughter of Henry Tahourdin, in April 1811.1 He married, secondly, Agnes Peek, daughter of Thomas Peek, on 10 October 1843.1 He died in September 1870 at age 89 at 2 Castle Street, Beaumaris, Anglesey, Wales.1
     Sir Hanson Berney, 8th Bt. succeeded to the title of 8th Baronet Berney, of Parkehall in Redham, co. Norfolk [E., 1620] in October 1825.1 He lived at Twycross, Leicestershire, England.1 He lived at Kirby Bedon, Norfolk, England.1
