     From 8 November 1814, her married name became Lefroy.2

     Benjamin Lefroy was born on 13 May 1791.2 He was the son of Reverend Isaac Peter George Lefroy and Anne Brydges.1 He married Jane Anna Elizabeth Austen, daughter of Reverend James Austen and Anne Mathew, on 8 November 1814.2 He died on 27 August 1829 at age 38.2

     Sara Jane Cookson was the daughter of Isaac Cookson.1 She married, firstly, Major Sidney Robert Streatfeild, son of Richard Thomas Streatfeild, on 12 September 1839.2 She married, secondly, Henry Francis Cockayne-Cust, son of Rev. Hon. Henry Cockayne Cust and Lady Anna Maria Elizabeth Needham, on 5 August 1852.3 She died on 14 September 1867.3
     From 12 September 1839, her married name became Streatfeild.1 From 5 August 1852, her married name became Cockayne-Cust.1

     William Austen-Leigh was born in 1843.1 He was the son of Reverend James Edward Austen-Leigh and Emma Smith.1 He died in 1921, unmarried.1
     He was chairman of St. Mary's Hospital, Paddington.2 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He graduated from King's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1868 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He was Clerk, House of Lords.2 He wrote the book Her Life and Letters, published 1913, co-author.1
