Henry John Cockayne-Cust was born on 10 October 1861.1 He was the son of Henry Francis Cockayne-Cust and Sara Jane Cookson.1 He married Emmeline Mary Elizabeth Welby-Gregory, daughter of Sir William Welby-Gregory, 4th Bt., on 11 October 1893.1 He died on 2 March 1917 at age 55, without legitimate issue.1
