Rev. Hon. Henry Legge was born in 1803.2 He was the son of Sir George Legge, 3rd Earl of Dartmouth and Lady Frances Finch.1,2 He married Marian Rogers, daughter of Sir Frederick Leman Rogers, 7th Bt. and Sophia Deare, on 12 May 1842.1 He died on 13 February 1887.2

Sir John Blackader, 1st and last Bt. was born in 1596.1 He was the son of James Blackader and Elizabeth Bruce.1 He was born in June 1596.1 He married Christian Graham, daughter of John Graham, 6th Earl of Mentieth and Maria Campbell.1 He died between 1666 and 1675.1
Sir John Blackader, 1st and last Bt. was created 1st Baronet Blackader, of Tulliallan. co. Perth [Nova Scotia] on 28 July 1626.1 He gained the rank of Captain in 1642 in the service of the Scotch Regiment levied for the King of France.1
On his death, his baronetcy became dormant.1
According to Cokayne "by his foolish generosity, whoredom, and every other unfortunate way, together with the prodigality and pride of his Lady he squandered away an honourable and ancient estate of 3,500 marks or £2,000 sterling yearly."1
