     Hon. Elinor Colston Borthwick was the daughter of Sir Thomas Borthwick, 1st Bt. and Letitia Mary Banks.1 She married John Brunton, son of John Brunton, on 18 October 1902.1 She died on 7 January 1949, without issue.1
     From 18 October 1902, her married name became Brunton.1 On 8 February 1913 she was granted the rank of a baron's daughter.1
