Rt. Rev. Hon. Edmund Knox was born on 6 January 1773.3 He was the son of Thomas Knox, 1st Viscount Northland of Dungannon.2 He married Anne Charlotte Hesketh, daughter of Thomas Hesketh and Jacintha Dalrymple, on 22 February 1796.1 He died on 5 May 1849 at age 76.3
