     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow on the Hill, London, England.1 He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1 He was educated at Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England.1 He was a farmer.1 He succeeded to the title of 11th Baronet Blois, of Grundisburgh and Cockfield Hall, co. Suffolk [E., 1686] on 22 May 1968.1 He was invested as a Fellow, Royal Geographical Society (F.R.G.S.).1 He lived in 2003 at Red House, Westleton, Saxmundham, Suffolk, England.1
